It's tough when you're training. I wish that I could jump in and anwer the 30 calls that are in the queue, but since I don't have a phone ID to use.. Nor do I have access to the ticketing system, nor do I have access to.. the list goes on.
So what do I do? I'm still not trained enough to answer calls quickly, so again, I sit, and I listen, and I get bored.
Hopefully this week will bring some excitement.
